Wild Developments was founded by longtime friends Travis Astell and Ryan Ramage with a single machine, a lot of determination, and a shared belief that there was a better way to approach the work. What started as weekend projects while Ryan was still working in the coal mines gradually grew into something much bigger, with Travis joining early on to help build the company into what it is today.

Since then, Wild has grown steadily—adding specialized equipment, experienced people, and new capabilities while staying true to the hands-on approach the company was built on.

Through that growth, some things haven't changed. We believe in working hard, communicating clearly, standing behind our work, and treating every project as if our own name is on it—because it is. We value long-term relationships over short-term wins and take pride in finding practical solutions that respect both our clients' goals and the land we're working on.

We're proud of how Wild started, but we're even more excited about where it's going. As we continue to grow, our goal isn't simply to become bigger—it's to keep getting better at the work we do, invest in the right people and equipment, and build a company that's here for the long haul.
